Job Description
1. To manage the shift operators, casuals and ensure the smooth running of shift operations and comply with the company’s product quality.
2. Handling shift manpower as per daily assign target and ensure the safety of men, machine & material.
3. To start and complete the batches timely with optimum utilization of machinery.
4.To take full responsibility of the quality and product within the shift in line.
Required Candidate profile
Candidate must have the minimum 3 years
of experience in Chemical, Paints or water base adhesive industryIndustry: Chemicals / Petrochemical / Plastic / Rubber
