Role: Quality Assurance/Quality Control Executive
Location: Zaheerabad
Eligibility: B Pharma/ Bsc , Msc Chemistry
Experience: 4 – 9 Years
Job Description:
- Preparation of SOPs and Batch records.
- Review and approval of artworks in Harmony
- Responsible for Qualifications of equipments and AHU related to API and Bottling plant.
- Handling of Computer System Validation
- Preparation of Validation protocols and final Reports
- Handling of Market complaint investigations and CAPA.
- Handling of Change controls and Deviation and further investigations.
- Experience in Serialisation of packing line.
- Responsible for artwork management in Harmony.
- Responsible for packing of batches as per the various regulatory and customer requirements as applicable
- Prepare risk papers, conduct root cause analysis, propose and implement CAPA and risk mitigation plans for quality, compliance.
- Review of batch manufacturing, Filing and Packing batch records
- To review specifications, sampling instructions, test methods and another Quality Control procedures.
- To review the standard Operation Procedure in ENSUR system
- Responsible for Vendor audit and qualification.
- Release of Sales Orders (SO) / Order Execution Form (OEF)
- To review / approve the Annual Product Quality Report and QMS documents.
- To ensure the controlling of retention of records and control samples.
- Handling of Internal & External audits and its compliance.
- Experience in Vendor audit and qualification of the vendor.
- Review and Approval of Quality Agreements with customers.
- Experience in handling of investigations to find out the root cause in Out of Specification, Out of Trends, Deviation, Batch failure, Rejections.
- Review and approve the Process, Equipment validation / qualification protocols, reports, product specifications, test method and calibration related documents.
- Knowledge in Regulatory Guidelines
Salary: INR 4,00,000 – 7,50,000 PA.
