Educational Qualification

M.Sc OR M.Tech OR M.Phil degree in any field of chemistry with a good academic record, and NET/GATE/JGEEBILS/ ICMR qualification

Research Experience: Candidates with some experience of molecular biology
are encouraged to apply.

Nature of Work: The project covers Fluorescence imaging and electrophysiology (patch-clamp) in rodent hippocampal slices (acute), and in primary cultures. Extensive Biochemistry, Molecular biology, gene transfection, plasmid preparation and designing are
required.

Maximum age limit: 28 Years

Emoluments: 31,000/- + 30% HRA per month consolidated

Duration of the employment: 3 years Initial appointment will be made for six months and will be extended further depending upon the performance of the candidate
