Job Description
- To perform the trending of QMS data as per the respective SOP.
- To track and monitor the investigation, change control, deviation, OOS timelines and closer.
- To Review and approve impact assessment of change in parameters.
- To evaluate and comment on change proposals initiated in the area of operation.
- To support the investigation of the deviation/incidences, non-conformances, complaint, OOS (Phase-I, II, III Process Investigation) and to verify the CAPA proposed in the area of operation.
- To log the deviation, investigation, OOS, change control in an applicable system.
- To evaluate the proposed change and its impact or risk associated with safety, purity, efficacy and quality of the product, cGMP system, documentation, regulatory impact training requirement.
- Identify the actions required as part of impact assessment to the change proposal made.

- To monitor the implementation of the approved change once the proposed change is approved by Head QA
- To verify that the activities as identified during evaluation and impact assessment has been accomplished and complete.
- To review post-implementation information/data for change effectiveness and ensure for the closure of change control after verification of completion of actions as identified during the review and approval.
- Responsible for reviewing quality based investigations.
- To provide line\equipment clearance prior to manufacturing, and packaging and validation activity during Batch and Product change over

- To ensure sampling as per defined frequency and methodology during batch manufacturing of all validation activities and as well as clinical trial batch manufacturing.
- To verify the calibration, validation, qualification and cleaning status of manufacturing equipment and QC instruments.
- To ensure line clearance for dispensing activity.
- To interact with Production on the non-conformance (if any) and discuss the corrective actions.
