Applications are invited from motivated and bright candidates for the position of a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) on contractual basis in the research project funded by SERB, Government of India, at the Institute of Nano Science and Technology, Mohali
Title of the Research Project: “A High-performance nano delivery system for
Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) therapy”.

Qualifications:
For JRF
Essential: M.Tech./ M.Sc. in Chemical Sciences/ Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences/
M.Pharm; with qualified and valid NET/ GATE/ GPAT.
Desirable: Candidates having experience in designing and development of nano-formulations, nanoparticles, molecular biological techniques will be preferred.
Age limit: Must not be over 28 years as on 21st August, 2019 which is relaxable for certain reserved categories as per rules of Government of India.
Salary: Rs. 25000 + 16% HRA
Project duration: Initially six months and may be extended based on performance of the
candidate.

1) The position is temporary
2) Completely filled, signed application form in the prescribed format (attached) and synopsis
must be submitted during the time of interview as per the attached template.
3) Original documents of age proof/certificates/degrees/mark sheets and other testimonials must be presented at the time of interview. Self-attested photocopies of these documents are to be sent along with application and also to be provided at the time of interview.
