Job Description
The position will be responsible for operating and managing powder blender for manufacture of Dry Mix seasoning products as per formulation to produce superior quality products with utmost care on safety, GMP & GHP
The Position be operating Powder blender ensuring manufacturing efficiency, quality and safety.
Duties and responsibilities :
- Pre weigh powder blends as per formulation accurately
- Identify with tags with right product information, batch number, quantity
- Manufacture as per formulation and work instruction
- Sampling techniques
- Unload and upload material
- Identify damages
- Report output shortages
- Report quality deficiencies
- Inspect machinerDetermine the need for repairs
- Keep updated records of manufacture , log ,inventory
- Produce activity logs
- Comply with company policies and guidelines
- Assist in keeping a safe environment
