Job Description:
1. Analyse query/call listening results in line with beneficiaries objectives.
2. Monitoring calls and giving feedback to call centre Executives as well as coaching.
3. Identify the (C-SAT) and first-time resolution (FTR) know reason and share the feedback.
4. Live call listening and floor walk to reduce fatal and increase call quality (CQ) score Analisis on Non- Value Added (NVA
5. Compile analysis and create presentation.
