Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow
(JRF) post for CSIR sponsored research project titled “Design and Synthesis of SugarPorphyrin conjugates and its metal complexes for the application of Photodynamic
Therapy” in the Department of Chemistry, National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Essential qualification: M.Sc Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Inorganic Chemistry
Valid NET Or GATE
Salary (Consolidated): Rs. 12,000/ pm (Subject to modification from CSIR according to
Latest JRF norms)
Duration of Project: 3 years
Age Limit 28 years

- Candidates before appearing for the interview shall ensure that they are eligible for the
