Job Description:
- Maintaining plant cleaning & Housekeeping every day.
- Preparation of Batch manufacturing records and standard operating procedures related to the various products applicable to the facility.
- Â Issuance and receive of blank Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) from QA
department. - Issuance of Raw Material from Raw Material store as per BMR.
- Check and ensure that Raw material, packaging material and cleaning material is received as per the requirement mentioned in material requisition slip from warehouse and keep it to the designated area in the plant.
- Maintaining the process parameters as per BMR.
- Keep the BMR updated for on-line production activity.
- Maintaining Usage, Cleaning & Maintenance log book of different equipment.
- Daily calibration of electronic weighing balance.
- Â To carry out the cleaning procedure of all the equipment.
- Â Fill up all the Logbook & Display status board online.
- Compliance with the cGMP & safety norms.
- To ensure timely preventive/breakdown maintenance of equipment.
- To give the complete charge to a reliever for pending and online activity and vice- versa in case of charge taker.
- Handling the QMS activities using track wise, SAP Software.
- Safety and Quality related Dialog activity.
