Job Description:
- Responsible for analyzation of Raw materials as per given specifications.
- Conduct all quality QC chemical tests and Prepare and Maintain all Laboratory reagents in live.
- Able to handle on GC,KFT titrator,all type of titration methods..etc and its trouble shootings during operations.
- Conduct & Validate various analytical testing procedures as per manufacturing/QC SOPs to meet QC’s needs.
- Report monthly on supplies for QC orders involving devices and reagents.
- Individually follow ups Calibration of all Quality Instruments and its Documentations.
- To check and review calibration and qualification of quality control laboratory Instruments and maintain its live documentation.
- Support design and development of experimental protocols, SOP’s, etc., consistent with GMP/GLP.
- Participate in special projects and department meetings via input, feedback and execution of assigned tasks.
- Must be have basic knowledge on 7 QC Tools ,especially SPC Trend.
- Must have Basic Knowledge on 11i/SAP…etc and MS Office exposure.
- Ensure work environment is clean and safe complying with safety and Quality Regulations.
