Job Description:

• Ensure compliance of all legal safety rules & regulation and implementation of various Acts.
• Identifying standard, requirements and implement best safety practices at the respective site.
• Advice and assist to Management in the fulfillment of its obligation statutory prevention of personal injuries and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Participate, evaluate and compliances of inter location audit, OSHAS 18001 audit, third-party safety audit, fire audit, SMS audit.
• Design & conduct a various safety training program for contract workmen for the prevention of personal injuries & safety awareness.
• Planning and coordinating safety awareness activities like a celebration of National Safety Day and other programmes. Train people to adopt safety practices.
• Participate in HAZOP and critical process review for processes and evaluate department high-risk activity to control the hazard.
• Participation to investigate the accident/incident, near miss with actual root cause to eliminate future recurrence through CAPA implementation.
• Tracking of safety jobs identified in audit, inspections or observation.
• Effective implementation of SMS rating system (evaluation, gap discussion, coordinate with each department).
• Exposure/Experience in regulatory environment.
