Eligibility:Â B.Pharma – Pharmacy, B.Sc – Any Specialization/ M.Pharma – Pharmacy
Experience: 5 to 8 years
Salary:Â INR 4,00,000 – 6,00,000 P.A.
Job Description
1. To Prepare and review the SOPs related to clean area.
2. To train the subordinates and operators.
3. Responsible to ensure the person in clean area follow the cGMP and GDP.
4. To maintain the gowning and degowning practices in clean area.
5. Responsible to ensure the cleaning of the area and equipment available in area as per relevant
SOPs.
6. To ensure the results of Integrity testing of filters available in clean area.
7. Responsible to ensure the operation of machines available in clean area, CIP/SIP process
is as per relevant BPCR /SOPs.
8. To Prepare the Master Processing and Control Records.
9. Responsible for autoclave, vial washing/depyrogenation tunnel and steam air sterilizer
activity as per BPCR and SOP.
10. Responsible for operation of external vial washing machine and batch coding machine as per
MPCR and SOP.
11. Responsible for solution compounding and filtration activity as per BPCR and SOP.
12. Responsible for handling deviations, change controls, CAPAs, CWO and BDIS.
