Project Title:Â “Computational Investigation on the membrane-induced self-assembly and aggregation of a-Synuclein”
Job Title: Junior Research Fellow/ Project Assistant
Principal Investigator: Dr. Mattaparthi Venkata Satish Kumar
Eligibility: MSc Chemistry from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks or
equivalent CGPA in aggregate. For Junior Research Fellow position M.Sc. candidate should have qualified NET/GATE/BET/BINC. However, suitable Non-NET/GATE/BET/BINC M.Sc. candidate may be appointed as a Project Assistant.
Desirable: Candidate having prior research experience in the field of molecular dynamics simulation of biomolecules.
Age: Candidate shall not be more than 28 years of age on the date of interview. Upper age limit may be relaxed as per Government of India rules.
Fellowship: For Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) only plus HRA as admissible per month for the 1st and 2nd year and Rs. 28,000/- (Rupees twenty-eight thousand) only plus HRA as admissible per month for
the 3rd year. For Project Assistant: Rs.14,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Thousand) only plus HRA as admissible per month for the 1st and 2nd year and Rs. 16,000/- (Rupees sixteen thousand) only plus HRA as admissible per month for the 3rd year.Duration: Three (03) years or till completion of the project or until further order, whichever is earlier.
