Job Title:Â Executive / Senior Executive – QC
Eligibility:Â M.Sc. / M.Pharma.
Experience:Â 3 to 5 years of experience in testing of in-process and finished products using different chromatography techniques in Biosimilar Industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To perform analytical testing of Biological samples per inhouse or Pharmacopoeial standards based on requirements.
- To perform troubleshooting as well as involve in technical discussions whenever required.
- Preparation, review and revision of GMP documents ( i.g SOP, STP /MOA, protocol, report specification etc..) as and when required
- Responsible for Equipment qualification, calibration and preventive maintenance
- To execute and support in investigation of LIR, OOS or OOT, Change Control and Deviation.
- To maintain the Instrument (HPLC) lab with respect to cGMP norms and ensure audit readiness as well as compliance
- Execution of gap analysis of QC system and effective implementation of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- To participate in training/ qualification/ validation of methods during technology transfer from R&D to QC.
- Should have exposure of various regulatory audits
