Eligibility:

  • B.E (or) B. Tech (or) Masters (Chemical) (or) Masters (Chemistry) from a recognized university with an excellent academic record
  • Knowledge of upstream chemicals product line products, with particular focus on microbiology, is required
  • Field support experience with particular focus on microbiology
  • Knowledge of subsea, platform and land-based oil production operations would be a benefit
  • Understanding of laboratory and field testing for microbiology assessment would be a benefit
  • Technical knowledge of chemical products used in the oil and gas industry
  • Knowledge of health, safety and environmental compliance requirements\
  • Experience of embracing and leading digital initiatives in the domain to leverage advancements in the field for customer experience improvement
  • Experience of working in a matrix, multicultural environment

Job Description:

The role is to provide microbiology upstream chemicals technical service support services at customer global oil

and gas field locations and at the BHGE GEC center in Pune. Deliver product recommendations, technical proposals and tender support for the microbiology product line. Work with technology hubs in UK and USA if laboratory or field support solutions are required in the field and provide optimal support solutions.
