Job Description:
- To facilitate the induction of all the new employees.
- To maintain all the training records as per the requirements.
- To arrange and facilitate cGMP training as per the plan.
- To ensure the implementation and evaluation of the training of staff and workers.
- To ensure that every employee in the company gets Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) training once in the year.
- To be updated on the changes taking in the industry and the practices followed in the area of training and development on an ongoing basis.
NOTE: Candidate must have good communication skills.Able to speak in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
