Eligibility:
The eligibility criteria for the selection of Junior Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow shall be with a degree in the appropriate area of study
a) B.E with GATE qualified
b) Only M.E./M.Tech degree shall be considered for SRF
c) M.Sc. with NET/GATE/SET qualified
d) MSc with 55% marks in aggregate where the scope of NET/SET is restricted or does not currently, exist. In this case, a selection test may be conducted for consideration
Fellowship: Rs. 18,000/- per month (fixed) for Junior Research Fellow.
Rs. 20,000/-per month (fired) for Senior Research Fellow
Age: Up to 28 years for Science subject and 35 years for engineering subjects
Reservation As per UGC rules
Duration 2(two) years (extendable on satisfactory performance)
