Job Title: Project Engineer/Scientist GR-1

Eligibility:
- M.Tech in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Mechanical/ Chemical/Renewable Energy).or
- M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry /Material Science/ Renewable Energy with two
years post qualification experience in relevant field. or - B.Tech in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical/ Chemical/ Renewable Energy) with two years post qualification experience in relevant field.
Pay Scale: Rs.40,000/-
Job Requirement: R&D and Testing of solar thermal systems and solar photovoltaic modules, systems, inverter, batteries, lighting systems, water pumping systems, power plants etc, solar resource measurement, electrolytic hydrogen production, fuel cells, human resource development etc.
Age Limit: 32 years
Position 2
Job Title: Project Engineer/Scientist: GR-II
No.of posts: 20
Eligibility:
- Ph.D. in Physics/ Chemistry/Material Science/ Solar Energy/ Renewable Energy
with 1-year post qualification experience.or - M.Tech in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical/ Chemical/ Renewable Energy) with 3 years post qualification experience.or
- M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/ Material Science/Renewable Energy with 5 years post
qualification experience in relevant field. or - B.Tech in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical/ Chemical/ Renewable Energy) with 5 years post qualification experience in relevant field.
Pay Scale: Rs.50,000/-
Age Limit: 35 years
Position 3
Job Title: Senior Project Engineer/Scientist
No.of posts: 10
Eligibility:
- Ph.D. in Physics/ Chemistry/Material Science/ SolarEnergy/ Renewable Energy
with 3 years post qualification experience.or - M.Tech in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical/ Chemical/ Renewable Energy) with 5 years post qualification experience.or
- M.Sc. in Physics/ Chemistry/Material Science/Renewable Energy with 7 years post qualification experience in relevant field.or
- B.Tech in Engineering(Electrical / Electronics /Mechanical/ Chemical/Renewable Energy) with 7 years post qualification experience in the relevant field.
Pay Scale: Rs.60,000/-
Age Limit: 40 years
Period of engagement: The engagement shall be initially for a period of one year or till further orders whichever is earlier. The tenure of the contract can be extended depending upon the performance of the candidates or functional requirement of the Institute with the approval of the Competent Authority. There will not be any claim from the candidates for seeking a permanent position in the institute.
Selection procedure: The engagement will be purely on short term contract basis. Selections will be based on a walk-in interview in response to this advertisement, on the basis of experience and qualification of applicants.
