Job Title: ZLD Operator

Work Location: Hyderabad

Eligibility: BSc Chemistry

Experience: 1 to 5 years

Job Description:

• Execute CIP activities periodically and monitor corrosion, pitting if any
• To ensure smooth operation of Triple bag filter, UF, NF, RO.
• Carry out necessary backwashes, rinsing, short CIP and Full CIP as per Schedule.
• Analyze quality of permeate from each module and co-ordinate membrane replacement as per requirement.
• Documentation of all operations and chemical consumption data.
• To ensure collaboration with laboratory chemist for accurate measurement of process variables and should take necessary corrective action as per the report.
• Analysis of all MEE, ATFD, ETP, RO & Boiler samples
• To monitor the effluent generated in various work areas coordinating production teams and ensure the pumping of the process and non-process effluents to ETP
• To keep the relevant operation records updated on regular basis.
• To ensure that maintaining good housekeeping at ETP, HW storage sheds & Detoxification sheds.
• To ensure the smooth operation of ETP & Biosystem.
• To ensure maintaining the quality of biologically treated water.
• To ensure consistent operation of Stripper, MEE & ATFD operations.
