Job Title: Biologics
Eligibility: B Pharma/M Pharma/MSc Chemistry
Experience:
- 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in upstream and downstream operations like the handling of mammalian, bacterial and yeast cell culture process, different column chromatography, process development and scale up, biophysical and functional characterization of protein products.
- Should have exposure to HPLC / UPHPLC and biochemical analysis of recombinant proteins including various types of protein estimation methods, purification of recombinant proteins, process validation.
- Good communication and scientific report writing skills and proven track record to lead a sizable team are desired.
