Job Title: Officer/Senior Officer
Work Location: Ahmedabad

Eligibility: B Pharma, MSc Chemistry, Bsc Chemistry
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Job Description:
- To make sure that issued material is as per requirement and the material quality is as per specification.
- To ensure the workers are authorized for the packing activity
- To supervise the packing online at frequent intervals as defined in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- To check the availability of packing material with proper labels and status.
- To ensure the label, carton does not mix-up in any case.
- To ensure that the packing activity does not start without line clearance.
- To check, verify and destroy the rejection generated during packing and ensure recording of all such material.
- To frequently ask questions to the workers regarding productivity and quality, and find out the training needs.
- To recheck, if any abnormality observed in reconciliation of any material and rectify the problem.
- To take the line clearance from the Officer In-process Quality Assurance (IPQA), before starting the packing of new batch.
- To ensure the issue of material of the batch and taking the clearance form the Officer IPQA, prior to schedule, without time loss.
- To update the Batch Packing Record online.
- To transfer the unpacked goods to General Quarantine and ensure the status of such goods lying in the General Quarantine stores.
- To check the packing online at frequent intervals as defined in the Standard Operating Procedure.
- To do the reconciliation after completion of batch and recording the data of the same.
- To ensure the availability of samples as per Quality Assurance and Quality Control requirement.
- To ensure proper display of tags so that the status of such material issued and packed is maintained as per the regulatory requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.
- To allocate the manpower for getting maximum productivity with quality
