Job Title: Junior Research Fellow
Work Location: Teri Gram
Eligibility: Masters (MSc/M.Tech/ME) in Organic chemistry/ Chemical Engg/ Energy Science and Engg/Petrochemical Engg.
Desirable:
- UGC-NET JRF Fellowship holders.
- Candidates with research experience (1-3 years) in areas of Biofuel/and Biobased chemicals
Job Profile
- To Pursue Ph.D. at TERI SAS (Department of Energy and Environment) or work as JRF in TERI without pursuing PhD
- The JRF needs to do experimental research with a team in the following research areas
Broad Research Area:
– Advanced Biofuels and Bio-based Chemicals
Specific Research Areas:
– Alternate transport fuels
– Biodiesel from a mixed feedstock
– Catalytic biomass pyrolysis
– Bio-based chemicals
Salary: Rs. Rs 25000-30000/- per month(Consolidated)
Skills
– Strong Analytical and Experimental skills
– Basic Programming/Modeling knowledge
– Proficiency in English( Spoken and Writing)
