Job Description:
- Issuance, Control and Retrieval of GMP Documents (SOP’s, Master and Executed GMP documents) through Manual and Electronic (PDOCS) Document Management systems
- Coordination with Cross-functional teams for documents Issuance, Retrieval and Storage of GMP documents
- Perform tasks per the roles assigned in PDOCS -, Official Print Coordinators and End User.
- Prepare Standard Procedures for Quality Management System, specifically Document Management System
- Issuance and Retrieval of Approved Tertiary artworks
- Handle Change management related to Document Management system
- Ensure necessary timely support of documents provided to Regulatory Affairs for dossier submission
- Executed documents migrated in PDOCS
- Support internal audits and inspections from External/ Regulatory agencies
- Execute the tasks to support the Quality Systems functions
- Adherence to Safety Procedures, GMP & GDP Practices
