Job Description:
- Prepare daily production plans based on monthly production Plans and coordinate production activities with shift in-charges.
- Prepare the GMP compliance all-time in plant operation
- Monitor production activity in shifts and notify any deviations in operations to Department Head/ Plant Head
- Implement facility, equipment, and process modification activity in Plant.
- Initiating of Deviations, Change Controls, OOS,OOT Manufacturing
- Â Investigation & Keep the track of Deviations, CAPA, Change Controls, OOS, Batch failure from the plant and their timely closure.
- To prepare and ensure Audit Compliances.
- Produce Intermediate & APIs as per and GMP aspects
- Produce budgeted volume of Intermediate and APIs.
