Purpose of the Role:

To develop and accomplishment of selling target through scientific selling of a Particular product portfolio of Allergy BU

Main Interfaces:

  • INTERNALLY: All regional purposes (Marketing, Medical Affairs, IT, Admin, HR etc.. )
  • EXTERNALLY: Institutions, KTLs, Doctors, Pharmacies, Chemists, Distributors, Government associations for tenders etc

Key Duties:

  • Responsible for scientific selling and theory institution for its use of treatment in physician’s clinical practice.
  • Responsible for the growth and achievement of revenue goals via the direct sales channel
  • Focusing on developing and growing existing clients, together with creating new business
  • Promoting consistent with Earnings Action Plan of this Brand New (s) with greatest effect to Reach the Revenue Aims and Client Satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales goals and Business goals according to your immediate boss and Company unit Head
  • Play a vital role in new business pitches and maintain responsibility for the successful on-boarding of fresh Clients
  • Continually fulfill, according to set guidelines, together with targeted clients to Keep present Comprehension of their own needs and expectations to influence customer-buying conclusions
  • You may act as the interface between the client and all applicable divisions
  • To execute all advertising campaigns with companies and tracking progress and assessing benefit
  • To behave as the day to day supervisor and fundamental point of contact for those physicians in the land, ensuring that the plan is fully executed and venture well serviced.
  • Build client acquisition, retention, advocacy and loyalty
  • To prepare demonstrations, tips, strategies, contact accounts as required and Total administrative demands and comply with policies and guidelines as put forth by the business as a whole
  • Attend meetings and training sessions and maintain knowledge level up to regular
  • Complete all business reports and administration contained in guidelines and time scales given to ensure a high quality of management information
  • Compose plans for all present and chance major accounts tender Enterprise

EDUCATION/LANGUAGES:

  • MBA candidate will have added advantage.
  • Preference will be given to Super Specialty Area for example Vaccines, Allergy and Immunology goods, Rheumatology, Oncology, Respiratory etc
