Name of Project : “Behavioural Physiology of Tobacco Catterpillar, Spodoptera litura (Fabricius) and Brinjal Shoot and Fruit Borer, Leucinodes orbonalis Guenee”, CSS-67 (PC 6226)
Salary : Rs 40,000/- per month (fixed) + HRA @ 20 % respectively
Qualifications :
- B.Sc. with minimum 50 percent marks or OCPA 5.00 / 10.00 basis.
- M.Sc. in Chemistry with at least 65 percent marks or an OCPA 6.50 / 10.00
OR - Ph.D. in Chemistry with at least 65 percent marks or an OCPA 6.50 / 10.00
If the candidates with Ph.D. are not available, then the position will be filled at a lower scale of Rs. 25000/- ppm+HRA 20% as per qualifications given below for the position of Research Fellow.

Applications are invited on the prescribed form available at the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs. 200/in the shape of bank draft payable at Ludhiana in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana on any working day from 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. Together with attested copies of certificates along with passport size Photo
The final date for the receipt of applications duly complete in all respects within the office is 14.6.2018. Incomplete applications won’t be entertained. The candidates should appear for interview on 20.6.2018 at 3.00 P.M. at the office of the undersigned. No individual intimation for your interview is going to be sent and no TA/DA is going to be compensated for attending the meeting.
The amount of first complete month of fellowship payable to the RF/SRF is going to be retained as Safety together with the Head, Department of Entomology and it’ll be paid to him as and when he leaves the fellowship after committing the requisite one month’s deposit or notice the sum of one month’s fellowship. The Research Fellows resigning the Legislature will have to give 1 month notice or need to deposit 1 month salary instead of one month note. Nevertheless, this won’t hold good in regard to different duties at the PAU.
