Key Responsibilities:
- To set up right manpower at appropriate place to get the utmost output and efficiency along with their registration at the deductions for incentives.
- Verification of all of the typical process of controlling wt/guage,dimensions,color and look of merchandise
Putting the procedure parameters according to variety, organize the materials and preparatory items - To collect and capture different information needed for TQM. Prepare control chart and control the procedure.
- To acquire the most output signal by controlling change as time passes,mfg defectives and manufacturing down time under the budgeted level
- Constant traking of all of the raw material variances.
- Physical verification of CCPS such as SIEVE,METAL DETECTOR and WEBS upkeeping the documents according to necessity by ISO, HAACP AND FCC format.
- Recipe check according to STD parameters of assortment and preparatory products.
- Proper setting of factors like AMMONIA,S.M.B.S and WATER and also OVEN PROFILE to get the desired merchandise meeting the most Superior STDS.
- By using materials according to MFG DATE and LOT NO.
- Keeping up the biscuit grinder area by making dust accessible and its own tracebility record updation.
- To perform more attention on ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS,take CORRECTIVE,PREVENTIVE ACTION according to F.B.C.
- To decrease all of the wastages create by distinct mechanical breakdown.
- To assess all of the regions are hygienically excellent.
