Job Description:
1. Design of molecular constructs for expression in suitable host system.
2. Identify and verify the authenticity of the molecules by sequence , product quality.
3. Pace with cutting edge in genome , novel drug discovery.
4. Knowledge on genetic manipulation of both mammalian and microbial cells.
5. strong knowledge on mol bio and cell bio technique as cloning,expression analysis QPCR,PAGE,microarray,southern,northern,western blots ,HPLC.
6. Develop strong portfolio of Biosimilar products .
7. Clone development,screening of clone and sequencing.
8. Should hold strong,Cross functional managerial skills
