Job Title : Research Scientist I – Drug Product Development, Biologics
Location : IND – Chennai
Job Description :
- Performs and leads lab-based involving preparation of formulations, initiating stability studies, analyzing samples utilizing analytical methodologies, compiles results/data for team presentation
- Design, develop and execute experiments in the areas of formulation screening and development, fill-finish, and/or biophysical characterization of protein therapeutics within project timelines with minimal supervision
- Makes detailed observations, analyze data, interpret results, maintain documentation, and prepare precise technical reports, summaries and protocols with minimal supervision. Presents findings at cross-functional meetings and/or contribute to the preparation of manuscripts and patent applications
- Independently demonstrate scientific rigor in advancing project and technical platforms relating to drug product development. Identifies problems and recommends solutions
- Demonstrate conflict resolution skills with minimal supervision and able to work in a collaborative manner across different functions
- Mentors junior staff on conducting laboratory experiments and support job organization/procurement activities
- Exchanges information with appropriate frequency and within a time frame to maximize its utility and promote cross-functional collaboration; encourages collaboration within function
- Can translate organizational goals and objectives into the skills, knowledge and experience.
