Job Title: Demand Planner
Job Description:
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Create baseline for demand planning and validate/analysis the total demand against previous month with the budgeted (AB/FF) figures.
- Analyze sales trends and identify the key drivers of sales for key products, product groups and opportunities
- Set-up relevant interfaces to sales and conduct meetings adhering to Global S&OP process
- Work out the phase-in and phase-out plan together with supply planner and global supply coordinators.
- Good overview and understanding of the products in pipeline and product lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Strong work experience in IBP platform is mandatory requirement
- Fair understanding of Biological/Pharma industry knowledge, supply chain dynamics
- Strong working knowledge in SAP EUU, ECC and in IBP platform (Integrated Business Planning)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in demand planning, fair idea on production/manufacturing process is required with any Bachelor degree (Candidates with B.E or Bachelors in Science/Biology/Biotech will have added advantage)
- Strong analytical and communication skills, written and oral English in addition to relevant regional language
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work across many levels in organization
- Very strong experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint creation, presentation skills, data analytics tools
