Job Description:
- Exposure with respect to Patent searching and sorting using various databases (paid / free) and compilation of summarized report w.r.t. the available literature.
- Understanding of patent laws / infringement analysis from pharmaceutical perspective w.r.t. different territories viz. US, Europe, Canada and India.
Patent drafting, filing and prosecution of patentable technologies developed by pharmaceutical R&D. - Patent searching and sorting using various databases (paid / free) and compilation of summarized report w.r.t. the available literature.
Qualifications:
PG – MS/M.Sc(Science) – Any Specialization, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, M.Pharma – Pharmacy
Doctorate – Doctorate Not Required, Ph.D – Advertising/Mass Communication, Chemistry
