KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience in handling purified water system Experience in handling Reverse osmosis unit Experience in handling Electrodeionization (EDI) unit Experience in water for injection (WFI) generation plant Experience in pure steam generation (PSG) plant Understanding the GMP requirements for water system
- Documentation and GMP compliance:o Ensure the on-line documentation, GMP compliance in all the activity, and closure of executed documentation.o Ensure the completion of all the production related other documents
Qualifications:Â
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Diploma/BSc/MSc mechanical/chemical/biotech
WORK EXPERIENCE:
2 to 4 years experience in Water plant operation in Indian biopharmaceutical industry
TECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL SKILL:
- Operating purified water system
- Operating Reverse osmosis unit
- Operating Electrodeionization (EDI) unit
- Operating water for injection (WFI) generation plant
- Experience in pure steam generation (PSG) plant
- Proven ability to rapidly adapt to changing environment and circumstances requiring flexibility
BEHAVIORAL/ OTHER SKILLS:
- Multi-tasking abilities, interpersonal skills
- Good communication is a must
OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
