Job Title:Â Â Â Sr Applications Specialist
Job Description:
1. Your will be responsible for planning and executing all support activities on Water products including installation, training of operators. etc
2. You will also be responsible for providing application/tech support for the region
3. You will have to ensure minimum down time of all Waters Products and achieve highest customer satisfaction levels
4. Achieving revenue objectives, co-ordination with the sales department supporting service and applications training to new Engineers etc
5. You will be responsible for any assignment entrusted to you from time to time by your supervisors.

- Perform Compliance and training for customers
- Optimise customer relations
- Effectively manage own calls, administration and inventory

Qualifications:Â
Successful candidate is likely to have the following competencies:
- MSc in Chemistry, Method development knowledge , working knowledge on LC & MS
- A good communicator with a high level of customer focus
- A methodical approach to problem solving.
- A keen interest and methodical approach to fault finding and problem solving
