Run research project on his/her own and under the direction provided by the team. Generate, interpret and conclude on research topics and projects. Create work plan on own and run them. Come up with ideas to be tested.

Extraction & Processing, Characterization, Evaluation of chemical & Physical properties relevant to its application area in foods,

Exposure to Oils & Fats, Lipid chemistry, Processing, Foods

Knowledge:
Lipid Matrix interaction, Combine chemistry with processing knowledge, Sensory evaluation, Stabilty criteria from a chemistry and sensory perspective

Qualifications: 

PHD in Chemistry/Material Science/Lipid Chemistry/Oils and Fats

Age : 25-30 Years
