This project will be conducted in close collaboration with Dr. Deepa Ghosh.

Project Title: Isolation of nutraceuticals through derivatization from plant food residues and their biological evaluation

Age Limit: Must not be over 35 years as on 15th January 2018 which is relaxable for certain
reserved categories as per rules of Government of India

Salary:  Rs.36,000/- + 10% HRA for Research Associate/ Rs. 45,000/- (consolidated) for Post-Doc

Qualifications: 

• Essential : Ph.D. degree or thesis submitted in the area of Organic Chemistry.
• Desirable : Research experience in natural products, synthetic organic chemistry, metal catalysed reactions. Experience in photo physical characterization techniques and basic biological techniques will be preferred but not mandatory.
