Job Description:
- Able to prepare Activity based risk assessment for process & departments/areas.
- Able to prepare chemical risk assessment for hazardous chemicals.
- Able to prepare chemical compatibility reports.
- Should have knowledge on process safety simulation softwares such as ALOHA, CHEETAH, CRW etc.
Qualifications:
- Candidate should be with B. Tech Chemical Engineering and having experience of minimum 5 years to 8 years in Pharmaceutical Industries.
- Should have exposure on conducting HAZOP study.
- Should strong in core Process Safety preferably in API Plants.
- Should be strong in conducting in Risk Assessment, to prepare check-lists for critical operations, to prepare inspection checklist for process equipment etc.
- Should understand, analyze and interpret the process safety information in process operations to mitigate the risk levels.
