CSIR – IICT is conducting Walk-in Interview for the following positions purely on a temporary basis for various projects at 09:30 A.M. on 3rd and 4th January, 2018 at CSIR-IICT, Hyderabad.
Position I
Job Title: Research Associate (Project)
No. of Posts: 3
Project Title: Mission mode project on “Catalysis for sustainable development”
Age Limit: 35 years
Salary: 36000+HRA
Qualifications:
- PhD in Chemistry /Submitted/ Awarded
- Catalysis/Material Experience in Catalysis is preferable
Position II
Job Title: Senior Research Fellow (Project)
No. of Posts: 1
Project Title: Development of pharmacopoeial monographs on single drugs of plant, mineral, metal and animal origin.
Age Limit: 35 years
Salary: 25000/- (consolidated)
Qualifications:
- MSc Chemistry (Organic)
- Experience and publications in natural products isolation and characterization
Position III
Job Title: Junior Research Fellow (Project)
No. of Posts: 1
Project Title: Development of efficient and cost effective catalysis for C-H bond activation through simultaneous production of CO free hydrogen and carbon nanotubes from renewable H4: A Value addition process.
Age Limit: 35 years
Salary: 25000/- (consolidated)
Qualifications:
- MSc in Chemistry with 55% of
marks - NET qualification
Position IV
Job Title: Project Assistant – II
No. of Posts: 1
Project Title: Utilization of gamma radiation in the synthesis of heterogeneous catalysis for the selective convers.
Age Limit: 30 years
Salary: 25000/- (consolidated)
Qualifications:
- MSc in Chemistry
- Physical or Inorganic Chemistry
How to Apply:
The selection will be on the basis of Interview. The engagement will be initially for a period of six months, which may be extended or curtailed depending on the duration of the tenure of the sponsored project / satisfactory performance or conduct of the appointee, as the case may be. The engagement will be purely on temporary basis for
the sponsored projects and does not entitle him / her for the CSIR / IICT post / fellowship.

Certificates of educational qualification, age, experience, caste (in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates), latest passport
size photograph and the candidates are required to bring all the original certificates for verification.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
*Upper age limit relaxable up to 5 years for SC / ST / OBC / PwD / Women.
