Job Description:
To produce Maximum Cement quantity with minimum power consumption and optimum raw material usage to keep the variable cost minimum with customer satisfied Product quality as well as BIS quality norms. Plan establish implement and develop various activities related to WCM ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Liaison with State Pollution Control Board for various consents & with BIS for Quality system and renewal payment of marking fees etc. Benchmarking with other plants for initiating innovations.Also to adopt new technology & continuously improve plant productivity and to reduce overall cost of manufacturing cement by optimal utilization of raw material with quality product.-Accountability:To produce quality cement with following specifications:DaysStrength MPa0112032907 392853Blaine: 360 5 M2/KG.-Striving for lower specific power consumption 28.5 kwh for cement grinding from process point of view and higher mill TPH 165.-To comply with BIS requirement-Inventory control of Grinding Media Consumption 65 gms/MT-Preparation of Various Reports-Compliance with ISO and WCM System
