Qualifications:
- Prescribed Qualifications: Ph.D. in Oil Technology/ Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology or having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after M.E./ M. Tech. in Oil Technology/Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal.

- Prescribed Qualifications: M.Sc. in Chemistry with NET qualification or B. Tech. in Oil Technology/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent with NET qualification or M. Tech. (Postgraduate Degree in Professional Course) in Oil Technology or equivalent
