Age Limit: Must not be over 28 years as on 12th November, 2017 which is relaxable for certain reserved categories as per the rules of the Government of India
Salary: Rs. 25000 + HRA (JRF) or Rs. 16000 + HRA (PA)
Qualifications:
- Essential: M.Sc./M.Tech. degree in Physics/ Chemistry/ Material Science/ Nanoscience
and Nanotechnology/Applied Sciences/ Engineering with NET/GATE/JEST/DSTInspire/National
level qualifying examination or a post graduate degree - Desirable: Experience in density functional theory (DFT) calculations/ Modelling and
Simulation/Programming will be preferred, but is not mandatory
Application Instructions
The position is purely temporary and on contractual basis, and renewable each year subject to satisfactory performance for a maximum of three years. The position is coterminus with the project. Candidate selected for this position can also apply for the regular PhD program of INST provided they satisfy the eligibility criteria.
