Job Description:
1)To lead a group of product development team
2)Product development for US, Russia, Europe market.
3)Improvement of current products for Russian Market.
4)Development of Herbal products for Indian/ Russian market
5)Technology transfer of new products to manufacturing locations.
6)Technology transfer support for product transfer from one location to other location.
7)To provide support to regulatory department for product development.
8)Para IV possibilities for ophthalmic products.
9)GMP/GLP compliance of product development department
10)To conduct training and upgrade soft skills of formulators in product development department
11)To identify training needs of subordinates and provide training to them.
12)To identify needs of product development department in terms of equipment and procure them.
