1. Should possess Leadership qualities.
2. Skilled in Planning, Coordination, Monitoring, Controlling, Communication and
Presentation.
3. Good foresight with capabilities for analytical and critical thinking and decision-making ability to maintain interpersonal relations and promote teamwork.
4. Should have sound technical knowledge in manufacturing area and labor handling capabilities to get optimum productivity within specified quality by effective utilization of available resources so as to deliver the product as per market requirement.
