Walk-in-interview for a RA-I position will be held on May 30, 2016 at 3 P.M. in the Department of Inorganic Chemistry, Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science (IACS), Jadavpur, Kolkata-700032.

Emoluments : Rs.36,000/- p.m. (HRA as per rule)
Candidates should have good academic record, preferably first class makrs in B.Sc and M.Sc. examination and with Ph.D degree in chemistry. Preference will be given for candidates with research experience in the area of synthetic inorganic chemistry, familiarity with prep-TLC, usual product characterization techniques including spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography, glove box-techniques.
The assignment will be for 12 months. The post is purely temporary but likely to be continued and it would therefore, not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for any candidate for claiming extension or absorption in IACS. No TA will be admissible for attending the interview.
