Job Description :
- To prepare and review Specifications, Method of Analysis, Standard Operating Procedures, Instrument calibration schedule, Method validation protocol and analytical formats as per the requirement.
- To perform trouble shooting of all QC instruments and provide the training to concern.
- To review the analytical raw data i.e. volumetric solution preparation and standardization, raw material, finished product, water, in-process, calibration of instruments, stability, packaging materials.
- Preparation and execution of method validation protocol.
- Participate and ensure validation of QC equipments.
- Incorporate the latest regulatory updation in the QC department.
- Participate in the regulatory audits and its compliance.
- To analyze the sample accurately and punctually so that OOS should not happen repeatedly.
- In OOS, OOT, OOC, incident or failure circumstances immediately report to the superior.
- Preparation and execution of method validation protocol.
- Participate and ensure validation of QC equipments.
- To participate in shelf inspection of other department.
- Incorporate the latest regulatory updation in the QC department.
- Any job assigned as per requirements.
- Analytical Data Review.
