Job Description :
- To do literature search and prepare analysis report for formulation project initiation
- To do literature search related to API and provide necessary information to Medicinal Chemistry Dept. for project initiataion
- To suggest non-infringement option for formulation development
- To prepare FTO Freedom to operate analysis report
- To ensure update in FTO report to provide necessary feedback to superiors
- To prepare preliminary report with respect to customer query
- To analyze the identified invention w.r.t. prior art, draft and prepare documents for filing patents for various formulations and API and resolve related queries
- To evaluate intermediate and outsourced API material being used for development
- To gather information i.e. prior art search through literature reading, articles, patent law etc to understand basic parameters, properties, mechanism of a compound
- To evaluate product development strategy for patent clearance at different stages
