Job Description
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging Process Intensification technologies including flow chemistry to reduce cost, reduce waste, and improve yield.
- Responsible for conducting experiments in flow chemistry.
- Responsible for designing flow chemistry setups.
- Responsible for translating batch chemistry to flow chemistry.
- Prepare reports and documents as per product development element review methodology.
- Manage inventory for the flow as per the laboratory management element.
- Assess and manage process risks arising from scale or process changes.
- Study the process and recycling of solvents & improvement in solvent recovery.
- Monitor all aspects of the running products by analyzing process data.
- Improve process safety by training plant personnel and working on safety improvement projects.
- Should have the knowledge of process safety/RC1e/DSC.
