Qualifications

Essential: 1-2 Years’ experience in Fragrance/Product evaluations at a Fragrance House or FMCG.

DesirableGraduate + PG Diploma/Degree in Chemistry/ Perfumery/ Cosmetics

Work Experience

  • Experience in fragrance/produce evaluation
  • A good know-how of the working of a Fragrance House/Fragrance Development division.
  • Basic knowledge of fragrance/product evaluation protocols.

Desirable

  • Experience New Fragrance Development process.
  • Basic understanding of fragrance raw materials/ingredients.
  • Some experience or keen interest in understanding consumer behavior.

Key Skills

  • Ability to work on multiple category formats

Responsibilities – 

  • Initial screening of fragrance submissions from suppliers (new and existing).
  • Evaluation data compilation and report preparation as per basic format.
  • Planning evaluations as per project priorities given in coordination with lab assistants.
  • Maintaining the market product library (Mangaldeep + Competition).
