The plant will manufacture liquid vials, Lyophilised products, Pre-filled syringes and cartridge products. It will be a most modern plant, fully automated facility for injectable formulation, will be catering mainly to US and other regulatory market.

Job Description:
- Perform the activities related to analytical method validation.
- Perform cleaning Method validation and method transfer.
- Maintain & review daily calibration record, In process, intermediate, stability, method transfer, method validation, calibration and routine analysis activities.
- Review of Process validation and cleaning validation document.
- Analysis of Finished Product, Process validation, In-process and Raw material samples.
- Sampling of RM,PM, FP, Water sample.
- Calibration of QC instruments, Chemical analysis, Instrumental analysis [HPLC,GC,UV,IR,AAS], Handling of software like LIMS, SAP, Trackwise
Qualifications:
B.Sc/M.Sc – Chemistry/Organic chemistry with 02 to 07 years hands-on experience in Quality Control Chemical/Instrumentation. Having exposure in sterile formulation unit supplying to regulated market.
Education:
- UG -B.Sc – Chemistry
- PG – MS/M.Sc(Science) – Chemistry, Organic Chemistry
