Experience – 3 – 5 Years
Job Description:
- Reverse phase and chiral purification by Preparative HPLC.
- Method development for reverse phase and chiral purification by HPLC.
- Regular Maintenance and Calibration of Prep-HPLC Instrument.
- Performing sample recovery.
Desired Profile:
- Qualification: MSc Analytical Chemistry or equivalent,
- Experience: 3-5 yrs. of relevant experience.
Skills :
- Technical expertise in one of the following areas:
- Preparative purification (reversed phase, normal phase,) and routine physical/ chemical analysis. Ability to troubleshoot minor issues related to instrument maintenance is desired. Deep Understanding of methods of analyses of NCEs, and drug discovery/ development process is required. Basic knowledge of other chromatographic techniques i.e. LCMS and HPLC preferred. Good communication skill is expected.
