Job Description

  • Responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. Follow SOP and adhere to safety and quality standards. To maintain production records.
  • Charging and monitor the process batches as per SOP/BPCR as applicable with the help of operators/Technicians. Supervise the working of operators / Technicians as per SOP BPCR. Keep the equipment, utensils, samplers, intermediates, materials, required containers etc with proper status as per SOP applicable.
  • To give requisition to QA for BPCR as per plans & issue BPCR from QA department, To give Raw Materials requisition to Store department by SCM on daily basis as per plans, To review daily report containing functioning of the plant in all respect covering shortage, To maintain production facilities in clean manner any change in process to be demonstrated at Shop floor people, To implement and review of CAPA, Revision and checking of Standard Operating Procedure & Batch Production and Control Record, Software related activity (SCM/HRMS/IMS/LMS/EDMS/ Access management system/Track wish) QMS
  • Responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining powder processing equipment, ensuring filtration, drying, weighing, packing, and documentation are performed as per SOPs and BPCR.
  • Also responsible for overseeing SOP’s and documentation of PP Area, handle QMS tasks like deviations, change controls, CAPA, and documentation updates in Trackwise
  • Responsible for finished product, stability, and raw material analysis; particle size analysis; water testing; instrument calibration; LIMS/One Lab software handling; 005/OOT analysis; method verification; solution preparation; documentation; SOP compliance; and laboratory cleanliness.
  • Good knowledge for Chromatographic practices i.e. HPLC & GC chromatography with Chromeleon 7.2 software.Review of HPLC, GC and Non chromatographic analysis.Handling of Laboratory Incident related to GC & HPLC.Person having good knowledge for Investigation of OOS/OOT and CAPA trough Trackwise software.Troubleshooting of Analytical Instruments like GC/ HPLC and Non chromatographic instruments..Experience to facing Regulatory Audits. Planning for daily routine analysis.Basic knowledge validation (AMV/AMT).
